2. What Personal Data We Process
When placing an order through the website, we process the following personal data: full name, phone number, email address, pickup date and time, order notes, and order contents (ordered items and quantities).
3. Purpose of Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes: (a) fulfilling and delivering your order, (b) communicating about the order status, (c) maintaining accounting and tax records as required by law, (d) handling any complaints.
4. Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing is: (a) performance of a contract under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - processing is necessary for fulfilling your order, (b) compliance with a legal obligation under Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR - maintaining accounting and tax records.
5. Recipients of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients: hosting service provider (Vercel/Neon), authentication service provider (Clerk). These providers may process data outside the EU/EEA, with an adequate level of protection ensured through standard contractual clauses.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the order and subsequently for the period required by law for accounting and tax purposes (generally 5 years from the end of the accounting period). After this period, the data is securely deleted.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights: (a) right of access to your data, (b) right to rectification of inaccurate data, (c) right to erasure (right to be forgotten), (d) right to restriction of processing, (e) right to data portability, (f) right to object to processing. 8. Automated Decision-Making
No automated decision-making or profiling takes place in the processing of your personal data.
